    We search and match — we draw on our pre-compliant candidate bank to identify professionals with the right experience, approach, and availability.

    Candidates presented — we submit 1–3 candidate profiles with a covering summary within 48–72 hours.

    Compliance confirmed — all 7 checks are verified complete before any start date is agreed. No candidate starts without full clearance.

    Placement begins — candidate starts work. Weekly timesheet and invoicing process established. Named contact provided.

    Ongoing support — regular check-ins with client and candidate throughout. Proactive conversations about extensions or permanent hire.

From registration to placement

    Register your interest — complete our registration form, upload your CV, and answer our screening questions. Takes approximately 10–15 minutes.

    Initial conversation — we contact you within 48 hours for a brief call to discuss your background, experience, and the type of work you're looking for.

    Compliance checks — we guide you through our 7-step process. We keep you updated throughout and advise on anything you need.

    Added to our network — once fully cleared, you join our pre-compliant specialist network and we match you to suitable opportunities as they arise.

    Placed and supported — you have a named contact throughout every placement. We are available if you have any questions or concerns at any point.
